F.A.Q.'s Frequently Asked Questions HERE

REGISTER a domain name (.com .net .org .name .info .biz .us) for just $11.99 HERE at www.eziDomainNames.com

If you already have a domain name you can leave it with the current registrar and simply MODIFY THE NAME SERVERS to point the domain name to your hosting account on our server. The details to do this were in the initial email we sent you when we activated your account. Additional details are below. If you have misplaced that email please open a support ticket and we will assist.

If you want to, you can TRANSFER your domain name to us (www.eziDomainNames.com). To do this is FREE but you will need to pay $11.99 and this will automatically add an additional year to the registration period of your domain name.

To transfer to us, visit www.eziDomainNames.com HERE and click on TRANSFER. But before you do this, login to your present registrar and UNLOCK your domain name and ensure that thecontact details for your domain name (email addresses) are yours and that they are current.

NAME SERVERS aka DNS

For a domain name to "worK" it needs to "point" to a server, and it is the NAME SERVER settings that do this. An example of a name server is:

ns1.mynameserver.com
ns2.mynameserver.com

When you sign up for your hosting account we will advise you of the server we are setting your account on and the name server settings you need to make for your domain name to "work" i.e. to point to our server.

To make name server changes, you login to your account with the company where you registered the domain name.

Please read MORE ABOUT DNS HERE

PROPAGATION

Once the name server settings have been set/changed, it can take up to 72 hours for the changes to propagate through the internet backbone. There is nothing you nor we can do to speed up this process. You can read more about PROPAGATION HERE
